Fun Date at the Magical Beach
All set for that great date again? When the time comes around you simply want everything to be perfect. Obviously, you want to have a good time on a date, but you also want to make sure that your partner has a great time as well. Deciding what to do on a date is pretty easy during summer time. Even though it might get a bit repetitive but you simply cannot ignore it. Yes. You have got it right! I am talking about the beach. Can anything beat the idea of going to the beach with your partner and having a day of sun, sand and surf? What more, you will never run short of things to do on a beach.
Relax
You can simply relax in the sun or wander towards the breakwater. You will have the chirping of birds and the sound of waves crashing on the beach to keep you company. Rub a bit of suntan oil and let your body absorb those rays. Nothing can be more satisfying.
Cool Off
If absorbing the sunrays all day long is too hot for you to handle, then cool off by heading straight to the water. You can go for a swim or go surfing. This is a good way to show off your talents too. You can always leave your partner impressed if you are a pro. Many beaches offer water sports like jet skiing, speed boating and paragliding. Let the adrenaline rush and enjoy some adventure.
Leisure Pursuits
Most beaches have a vendor’s row during tourist season. Check out some of these rows and you will be surprised at the variety these guys offer. You get all kinds of food and beverages of various shades and hues. You also get jewelry and showpieces made out of shells and conches. Guys can buy your date a mermaid replica. It will make her feel special. Other services like massages, pedicures are also available at beaches nowadays. These street side vendors are not too heavy on the pocket, so you can indulge. Shop for some unique showpieces for each other or get you name painted on a conch. You can also buy something for your house, if you have plans to settle down together.
Games and Activities
There are a plethora of things to choose from when it comes to games and activities. From bocci ball to beach croquet and volleyball to dicing, you can also play board games like chess, scrabble, mahjong and others. You can also build sand sculptures and castles. If you are in a group, form teams and build the sculptures. The losing team buys lemonade for the rest. This will bring back the child in each one of you.
The Sunset Magic
Never end your date before the sunset. It is a magical experience walking hand in hand with your partner, wrapped in the serenity of the fading sun. For others who wish to take it further, you can find cottages near the beach where you can stay back and enjoy the moonlit night at the beach as well. That will be a different experience all together.
So the next time do not run for the air conditioning during summers, run to the beach instead.
